      Next 10,000 gallons             $9.00 per 1,000 gallons

      Next 10,000 gallons             $10.00 per 1,000 gallons

      Next 10,000 gallons             $11.00 per 1,000 gallons

      Next 10,000 gallons             $12.00 per 1,000 gallons​
